Terms of Service

1. Acceptance

By using showerglasslasvegas.com or requesting service from Shower Glass Las Vegas, you agree to these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, please do not use the site or request our services.

2. Estimates and Quotes

All written estimates are valid for 30 days from the date issued. Pricing assumes the conditions described in the in-home measurement; if site conditions change (substrate damage, plumbing relocation, additional rough-in work), we will provide a revised quote before proceeding.

3. Scope of Work

We provide design consultation, custom fabrication, and professional installation of frameless shower doors, sliding shower doors, custom enclosures, shower-door replacement, and custom mirrors throughout the Las Vegas Valley. We are licensed, bonded, and insured in the State of Nevada.

4. Payment Terms

A deposit is required at contract signing; the balance is due upon completion of installation unless otherwise agreed in writing. We accept major credit cards, ACH transfer, check, and cash. Returned-check and late-payment fees may apply per the contract you sign.

5. Warranty

Tempered glass and hardware carry a manufacturer warranty (typically lifetime against breakage from defect, and 5+ years on hardware). Our workmanship is warranted for one year from installation against leaks attributable to installation error. Warranty exclusions include damage from misuse, attempted self-repair, structural movement, water damage from caulking maintenance failure, and acts of God.

6. Cancellations

You may cancel any signed contract within three (3) business days of signing for a full refund of any deposit, per Nevada law (NRS 598). After that period, custom-cut glass orders become non-refundable once fabrication has started, but installation labor may still be canceled prior to scheduling.

7. Site Access and Safety

You agree to provide reasonable access to the work area on the scheduled installation date and to keep pets and children clear of the work zone. We are not responsible for delays caused by inaccessible job sites.

8. Limitation of Liability

Our total liability for any claim arising from work performed is limited to the amount you paid for the specific project at issue. We are not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages including but not limited to loss of use, water damage from third-party plumbing issues, or pre-existing tile damage.

9. Website Content

Photos, copy, and design on this site are the property of Shower Glass Las Vegas unless otherwise noted. You may not copy, reproduce, or redistribute site content for commercial purposes without written permission.

10. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Nevada. Any dispute will be resolved in the courts of Clark County, Nevada.
